First use the rectangle tool to create the following shape:

Then use the Ellipse Tool and hold down the "+" key on the numeric keypad to draw a small ellipse on top of the rectangle:

Now use the Pen Tool to draw a triangle shape:

Add a 2 pixel black border and set the Gradient Overlay effect:

Then use the Pen Tool again to draw a triangle shape at the bottom:

Use the Ellipse Tool to draw a white circle and add a 2 pixel black border:

Then draw an ellipse to form the shape of an eye:

Copy the eye shape and move it:

Now use the Pen Tool to draw the mouth shape, fill it with color: #6C380A and then add a 2 px black border:

Use the Pen Tool to draw the following shapes, add a 2 pixel black border, and fill with the color: #F7CB99 Using these shapes we form the shape of a hand:

Use the Pen tool to draw finger lines:
