1: This children's illustration uses only two Photoshop 7.0 standard brushes: a thick-edged round pen (hereinafter referred to as "pen") and a slightly opaque watercolor brush (hereinafter referred to as "watercolor").
2: Run Photoshop 7 software and open the picture. Here I mainly introduce how to draw the forest, so when I open it, there are already several layers, which are the silhouettes of several trees and the already drawn mice! Note that I lowered the transparency of the beam layer.
3: Use a watercolor brush to draw the general tone of the background. Pay attention to the overall painting. Now it is mainly about sketching.
4: Add a warm color to the left side of the big tree so that it begins to show the original contrast and tone of cold and warm! We must obey this big relationship in our future characterizations. So this step is very important! !
5: After painting the big tone, of course you start to draw the details: first, adjust the watercolor brush to a smaller size and draw general lines on the trunk of the big tree. Then use the Pen Tool to start carving in the details! Finally bring out the bright colors. This is a process that requires a lot of patience. Of course, it is also a very effective process! At the same time, we should make overall comparisons at any time and pay attention to details and obey the overall principle.
6: Use the same method to draw the remaining trees~~Be careful not to draw the last two trees too sharply~~Pay attention to the overall picture.
7: At this point, the bright part of the trunk is basically finished. Next, use cold colors to bring out reflections in the dark part of the trunk. There should now be a strong contrast between warm and cold.
8: Draw some moss on the tree trunk to make it more vivid.
9: Use two brushes combined to draw the tree trunk further away casually. Be sure to pay attention to the reality of the picture! !
10: Use watercolor brushes to render the grass and mushrooms in front~~~
11: When depicting with a pen, you still have to put the reality of the picture first.
12: Add noise to the beam layer and draw some dazzling highlights to increase realism. Finally, adjust the virtuality and reality of the picture, merge the layers, and adjust the color levels~~Haha, it’s finally done! !
