Using shortcut keys can improve your efficiency while also making you look professional, which will make your customers trust you more. With confidence, it will be easier to produce good works. In fact, there may be many more convenient ways to create film special effects, but what I want to tell you is not the result but the production process. The software used in this article is Photoshop, Chinese version 8.01. The steps for other versions are similar.
Let’s take a look at the renderings first
The pictures in the film used are as follows.
Ctrl+n creates a new document, mode RGB, resolution 300dpi.
Create a new group and name it "Film".
Create a new layer and rename it "back".
mSelect the rectangular marquee, hold out a large rectangle dSet the foreground to black Alt+BackSpace, fill the selection with black Ctrl+d, deselect and create a new layer, name it "Mask"
mSelect the rectangular selection box, create a smaller rectangle Ctrl+Delete, and fill the selection with white
Ctrl+d, cancel selection.
Create a new layer and select it.
x, sets the foreground color to white.
u, select the Rounded Rectangle Tool, select fill pixels, set the radius to 5, and draw a small rounded rectangle.
Ctrl+Alt+t, hold down the Shift key, move the small rounded rectangle, a new layer will be automatically generated, press Enter.
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+t, Ctrl+Alt+Shift+t, Ctrl+Alt+Shift+t... until enough small rounded rectangles are automatically copied.
Merge all the small rounded rectangles, link them, and Ctrl+e to merge the layers.
Hold down the Ctrl+Alt keys and move the newly merged layer. A new layer will be automatically generated. Link the two layers. Ctrl+e merges the layers and names them "small".
Link all layers except the background, align them vertically, and align them horizontally.
Select the "back" layer, hold down the Ctrl key and click on the "small" layer.
Delete, delete the selection on the "back" layer.
Ctrl+d, deselect the "small" layer, select the "back" layer, and add Layer Style > Drop Shadow.
Drag the pictures in the film strip onto the "Mask" layer.
Ctrl+G, create a clipping mask.
Ctrl+T, adjust the picture in the film appropriately, and press Enter.
Then duplicate the layer group.
Named,",Film2"
Follow the above method and replace the pictures in the film layer group "Film2" to complete the above effect picture.
