In this article, we use Photoshop layer styles and basic tools to draw a crystal-textured folder.
Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool to draw a rectangular selection, and fill the new layer with #0066ff.
Use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to draw a shape as shown below, and then fill it with the same color.
Then press Ctrl+T to adjust.
After flattening the layers, set the Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay layer styles.

Create another layer, follow the same method as above to create the following shape, and fill it with #0066ff.
Follow the same steps as above to transform.
Then set the layer style.

Then use the Rectangle Tool to draw a rectangle.
Also follow step 3 to deform.
Set the layer style.

Duplicate this layer twice and move it. The effect is as follows.
Duplicate the above shape layer, then remove the layer style and fill it with black.
Set Gaussian blur.
The effect is as follows.
Select the following shapes.
Set padding to 27.
Next, set the transparency effect. Use the pen tool to draw an area, fill it with white, and set the transparency to a lower level.
Apply the above effect again.
