Create water mist on a water glass in Photoshop. Open the picture of a glass of water and copy the layer.


Set up the brush:




Create a few new layers and draw the following shapes


Apply the following filters to the layers from top to bottom.






Flatten all layers, duplicate the layer, and apply Gaussian Blur filter.


Change the layer mode to Screen.
