Generally speaking, since the quality of camera photos is generally poor, it is not suitable for making some overly complex effects. It is recommended not to cut out pictures.
If the photo quality is better, the skin can be appropriately smoothed. The simple method is to use the blur tool, avoid the mouth, nose, and eyebrows, and just apply it on the face.
The most commonly used processing is two steps: color cast + brush. Experts can adjust the color cast directly. They can directly use photo filters, or they can also create a reverse film effect. You can also create a new blank layer, fill it with your favorite color, change the mode to Multiply, and then adjust the transparency of the color layer appropriately.

1. Open the picture in Photoshop and copy one layer. This is a good habit for processing pictures.
