Let’s look at the renderings first
Starlight material:
Open the starlight picture first
Then open the picture you want to create
Select the starlight image, Ctrl+a (select all), and use the move tool to move the starlight image to the image you want to create.
Change the blending mode of layer 1 to "Lighten".
Then Shift+Ctrl+m (to ImageReady) to edit
Turn off the eye of layer 1 and set the frame parameter to 0.1 seconds
Duplicate a frame and open your eyes again
Close the eyes again, copy and copy another frame. So now we can see three animations
Select the second animation and click "Transition"
The transition parameters are set to 10, and nothing else is changed.
Select the last animation and transition it again. The parameters are still 10. As shown in the picture
