In this article, we use Photoshop to draw chaotic collage three-dimensional special effects words. The final effect is as follows.
Create a new document, fill it with black, then choose a color and enter the text below. Set color: #034f03, font: Impact, make the font size slightly larger, and then use Ctrl+T to make it larger.
Duplicate the text layer and go to "Filter" > "Stylize" > "Collage".
Press Ctrl+F to apply the collage filter repeatedly. A white area appears. Use the magic wand tool to select the white area, then press the Del key to delete it. The final effect of hiding the text layer is as follows.
Duplicate the text layer again, move it to the top, set the foreground color to #157a15, and then press Shift+Alt+backspace to fill the layer. Rotate the canvas 90 degrees clockwise.
We also perform the collage filter, press Ctrl+F to apply repeatedly, use the magic wand to select the white area and press Del to delete. The effect is as follows.
Duplicate the original text layer again, put it on top, then fill it with #43a743, then rotate the canvas 90 degrees clockwise, then execute the collage filter, press Ctrl+F to apply it again, and delete the white area after the effect.
Copy the original text layer again in the same way, put it on top, choose a lighter color, fill the layer, and then execute the rotate canvas 90 degrees clockwise command, then execute the collage filter, and press Ctrl+F to apply it again. Remove white areas.

Finally, add the Stroke layer style to the top layer.
