In this example, Photoshop is used to process the photos to create special effects for old magazine photos with strong contrast, and the effect is pretty good.

First open the original image, Ctrl+J to copy the layer, then press Shift+Ctrl+U to remove the color, and copy the removed layer again.
Then change the layer mode to Screen and adjust the opacity to 50%.
Then duplicate the background layer again, move it to the top, change the layer mode to Overlay and the opacity to 75%.
Create a layer on top and press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E to stamp the layer. Perform the Add Noise filter.
Implement smart sharpening filters.
Finally add a Curves adjustment layer. , we can just click OK when the curve window appears, and change the layer mode to Multiply.
Then use the circular marquee tool to draw an area, press D to set the default color, and then press Ctrl+Baxkspace to fill it with white.
Finally, apply the Gaussian blur filter. The blur radius is set to 50px.
