I saw a tutorial a long time ago to make blurry photos clearer.
Today, I adjusted one by my own method. It is for reference only. Take a look at the original picture and the rendering.
Here we go. Open the original image first:
Expand the channel panel and find the green channel. The relationship between light and dark is very good. It is a little clearer than the original film. OK, I decided to use it. CTRL+A to select all and CTRL+C to copy.
Return to the RGB channel. Return to the Layers panel. Create a new layer and select Soft Light as the blending mode.
CTRL+V to paste into this layer
Filter high contrast retention
Value:10
CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E Stamp Layer.
Filter.Sharpen.USM Sharpen.
Value: 63 1.5 1
The basic effect is out. Some places are not clear enough. Now strengthen the special places. Press the Q key on the keyboard or as shown in the picture. Enter the quick mask. Select the brush tool with an opacity of 30%. Apply on the areas that need to be strengthened.
Press the Q key again or click as shown to return to the quick mask. This will become a selection. Press SHIFT+F7 again to invert the selection.
Run Filter, Sharpen, and USM Sharpen again. This time the value should be larger: 264 2.3 1
