In this example, we first use Photoshop's extraction filter to cut out the image, and then add simple modifications to make the MM fly out of the photo frame.

Open the original image and copy the layer.
Select the copied layer, and then execute the extraction filter. We use the extraction filter to pull out the characters. It’s very simple!
Then unlock the background, create a mask, and fill the mask with black.
Then use the Rectangular Marquee Tool, select Fixed Aspect Ratio, set the width to 6 and the height to 4, then create a selection and fill it with white.
Keeping the selection here we can press Ctrl+T to transform the shape.
Then add a layer style. Here I only added a stroke effect. Of course, you can add other effects in the exercise.
Finally, create a new layer, place it at the bottom, and fill it with gray.
