Open the original image in Photoshop, select the menu: Image-Levels, select RGB, red, and green channel settings respectively, as shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3. The effect is shown in Figure 4.

Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool, draw out the face selection as shown in Figure 5, press Ctrl + ALT + D and set the Feather value to 3, then press Ctrl + C to copy and then press Ctrl + V to paste the effect as shown in Figure 6

Return to the background layer, select the menu: Filter-Brush Stroke-Dark Line Settings as shown in Figure 7, the effect is shown in Figure 8
