Production process:
1. Open a night scene photo, the effect is as shown in Figure 01.
2. Copy the background layer to the background copy layer. Execute the "Filter", "Stylize" and "Lighten Edge" commands in the menu bar. In the pop-up dialog box, set the parameters as shown in Figure 02, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 03.
3. Execute the "Filter", "Blur" and "Motion Blur" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 04, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 05.
4. Set the layer blending mode of the background copy to "Linear Dodge" in the layers panel. The image effect is as shown in Figure 06.
5. Open a material picture, as shown in Figure 07. Drag the image into the file to create layer 1, and set the layer blending mode of layer 1 to "Light". The image effect is as shown in Figure 08.
6. Select "Background Copy Layer" in the layer panel, execute the "Image", "Adjustment" and "Levels" commands in the menu bar, and set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 09.
7. Create a new layer 2 on top of the background copy layer, set the foreground color to 142dfd, select the "Brush Tool" in the toolbox, set the size and pressure, and apply it on the car taillight area. The effect is shown in Figure 10.
8. Set the layer blending mode of layer 2 to "Screen". The effect is as shown in Figure 11.
9. Copy layer 2 as "Layer 2 Copy", execute the "Image", "Adjustment" and "Hue/Saturation" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 12, execute the menu bar In the "Filter", "Blur" and "Motion Blur" commands, in the pop-up dialog box, set the parameters as shown in Figure 13, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 14.
10. Copy layer 2 to layer 2 copy 2. Continue to execute the "Filter", "Blur" and "Motion Blur" commands in the menu bar. In the pop-up dialog box, set the parameters as shown in Figure 13. The image effect is as follows As shown in Figure 14.
