Press Ctrl+n or click File - New command to create a file, name it in your own words, and determine the width and height as needed. I take 600×200 pixels here, and keep the others as default. OK

Press the d key to set the foreground and background colors to the default black and white, then press Alt+Delete to fill the foreground color (black)

Create a new layer 1, use the text mask tool to input text (you can just like the text content), it is recommended to use a font with thicker strokes for better effect. After inputting the text, adjust it to the appropriate position, and then press Ctrl+Enter to confirm.

Click Edit - Fill and wait for the dialog box to pop up

Click the drop-down option on the right side of the use item and select 50% gray fill

Open the Channels palette, save the selection as a channel, and then click to select the new channel alpha1

Press ctrl+d to cancel the selection, and then perform Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur on channel alpha1

Set the blur radius to 4-5 pixels

Click on the RGB channel, then return to layer 1, execute Filter - Render - Lighting Effect

Set the lighting effect parameters as shown in the figure, observe the image in the preview box, adjust the light shape, be careful not to be too bright, a slightly darker effect is better, the elliptical shape in the picture is for participation, select alpha1 for the texture channel, keep other items as default, OK to exit

Go to Image-Adjustments-Curves

Adjust the curve shape as shown in the figure
