Final rendering:
1. Create a new 200PX * 200PX file in Photoshop, fill the background with white, then select the text tool and enter "F". The color of the text is light green (color value: DBF5AD). Please choose a wider and thicker font for this tutorial. "Arial Black", text size is: 200 pt as shown in Figure 1. Then delete the layer, use the eraser tool to select an appropriate size, and erase the corners of the text into arcs (refer to Figure 2).

2. Call up the text selection, then create a new layer and fill it with dark green value: 2F8B48, as shown in Figure 3. Don’t cancel the selection yet, press Ctrl + Alt + D. Feather value is: 7, and then select the menu: Select > Modify > The shrinkage value is also 7, and then press the Delete key to delete the selected part as shown in Figure 4

3. Then bring up the selection of the text, create a new layer above the background layer, select the menu: Select > Modify > Expand the value to 3, and then fill it with light green color value: A8CFAF. The effect is shown in Figure 5.

4. Create a new layer on the top layer, press Ctrl + "+" to enlarge the layer appropriately, use the pen tool to outline the leaves at the lower part of the text, and then call up the selection and fill it with dark green color value: 2B8E00, The effect is as shown in Figure 9, then press Ctrl + Alt + D to feather, the value is 2, and then select the menu: Select > Modify > Shrink value is also 1, fill with light green, the color value is: B4FF92, the effect is as shown in Figure 10

5. Create a new layer and enlarge the layer appropriately. In the blank layer area, use the Elliptical Selection Tool to draw an ellipse, and then use the Gradient Tool to draw a gradient as shown in Figure 11. Cancel the selection, press Ctrl + J to copy the layer, and select Menu: Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical, then move it appropriately below the previous elliptical shape as shown in Figure 12. Use the same method to copy the four small elliptical petals as shown in Figure 13.

6. Rotate the petals appropriately to get the shape shown in Figure 14, then merge the four small petals into one layer, press Ctrl + J to copy another layer, and press Ctrl + T to transform 45 degrees to get the shape shown in Figure 16.

7. Create a new layer on the top layer, use the elliptical selection tool to draw a small perfect circle and fill it with the pink value: FFC8D4, as shown in Figure 17. Select the menu: Select > Modify > Shrink the value to 2, and then change the foreground value to 2. Set the color to orange value: EA682F, set the background color to light orange value: FF965B, select the menu: Filter > Noise > Add noise amount to 17%, the effect is shown in Figure 18

8. Create a new layer above the petal layer, use the ellipse selection tool to draw a perfect circle as shown in Figure 19, then fill it with yellow, move the selection to an appropriate position, and press Delete to get the shape shown in Figure 21. To cancel the selection, press Ctrl + J Make a copy, select the menu: Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical and move it to the lower position as shown in Figure 22, merge the two layers, and then copy and transform the angle to get the effect as shown in Figure 24. Merge the layers of these flowers, call up its selection, and create a new layer selection menu below it: Select > Modify > Expand the value to 2. Fill color: E68D00. Merge these two layers.

9. Move the finished flowers on top of the text, use the same method to draw flowers of other colors, and then continue to copy and change the size, and finally complete the final effect.
