1. Create a new 650px * 450px file, fill the background with black, create a new layer and name it "Background Highlight", use the ellipse selection tool to draw the ellipse shown in Figure 1, press Ctrl + Alt + D and set the feathering value to 35, and then Fill color: FFDEF0, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, and move it upward appropriately. The effect is as shown in Figure 2
2. Open the original image material and cut out the character. For the cutout method, please refer to the tutorial: Four Complete Guides for Cutting Out PS Pictures. Then drag it in directly and name it "Character" as shown in Figure 3.
3. Create a new layer above the background highlight and name it "Wings 1". If you have not installed the Wings Brush, please download it first: Wings Brush. For installation methods, please refer to: Brush Installation Detailed Instructions. Select the Brush Tool to find the one you just installed. Wing brush, set the foreground color to: FFDEF0, draw the wings as shown in Figure 4,
4. Press Ctrl + J to copy a layer and name it "Wings 2", select the menu: Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontally and then move the angle appropriately to get the effect shown in Figure 5
5. Create a new layer on the top and name it "Flower Vine 1". Use the brush tool to select the Flower Vine brush (if you haven't installed it yet, please click here to download: Flower Vine and Flower Brush). Set the foreground color to: #3E7E9A, and draw Figure 6 pattern as shown, then change the layer blending mode to Color Burn.
6. Create a new layer and name it "Flower Vine 2", use the brush tool to select one of the flower vine brushes just installed to draw the effect shown in Figure 7.
7. Create a new layer filled with black, then add a mask according to the position shown in Figure 8, and then use a black and white linear gradient to draw a transparent gradient effect as shown in Figure 10
8. Create a new layer named "Graphic 1", use the rectangular selection tool to draw a rectangular selection at the bottom of the layer and fill it with color: #E01884, the effect is as shown in Figure 11
9. Select the elliptical marquee tool to draw an ellipse, as shown in Figure 12, and then press the Delete key to delete it, as shown in Figure 13
10. Use the same method as above to draw an ellipse at the bottom as shown in Figure 14, and then press Delete to delete it.
11. Lock the layer and draw the selection fill color shown in Figure 15: #F81A92
12. Call up the selection of "Graphic 1" and create a new layer named "Edge 1". Select the menu: Edit > Stroke value is 2 and the color is: #F463B2, as shown in Figure 16. Lock the layer and then use the brush tool appropriately. Paint the middle of the line white as shown in Figure 16
13. Create a new layer named "Shape 2", use the pen tool to pick out an irregular shape, and fill it with color: #E01884, as shown in Figure 17
14. Cancel the selection, call up the layer style to stroke, and set the parameters as shown in Figure 18. After pressing OK, lock the layer selection, select the gradient tool color settings, as shown in Figure 19, and draw the gradient effect as shown in Figure 20
15. Call up the selection of graphic 2. First create a layer and name it "Edge 2", then select the menu: Edit > Stroke value is 2, color is: #F463B2, then use the brush tool to draw the highlight area, the effect is as shown in Figure 21
16. Finally, type the text, add a gradient color to the text, and add projection to get the final effect.
