1. Duplicate the background layer in Photoshop. Here I removed the text and LOGO from the original image.
Then duplicate the background and use the burn tool to darken the hair color to make the skin appear whiter.
2. Execute Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur with a radius of 0.5 pixels, then Surface Blur with a radius of 3 pixels and a threshold of 10.
3. Image - Adjustments - Replace Color, click on the skin and set the color tolerance to 200, hue -60, saturation +20, and lightness +10.
Set the replacement color again, hue +20, saturation +15, lightness +20
4. Set the foreground color to CC8E9C (the color is up to your liking), use the brush tool to outline MM’s lips, then place the background copy on top of background copy 2, change the blending mode to soft light, and you can adjust the details yourself. . OK done!
