Create beautiful and dazzling starry sky characters with Photoshop

2. Select the "Horizontal Text Tool" in the toolbox, set the font to "Arial" in the character panel, and enter text on the screen. The effect is as shown in Figure 02.

3. Select the text layer, click the text tool in the toolbox, click the "Create Transformed Text" button in the property bar, select "Shell" in the pop-up dialog box, set the parameters as shown in Figure 03, and the text effect is as follows As shown in Figure 04.

4. Set the opacity of the text layer to 20%, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 05.

6. Hold down the Alt key while dragging layer 1, copy and move the image to a new layer, the image effect is as shown in Figure 07.

7. Use the same method to draw more circles according to the outline of the text. The effect is as shown in Figure 08 and 09.

8. Click the horizontal text tool, enter text in the screen, and set the opacity to 20%. The effect is shown in Figure 10. The effect produced by following the above method is shown in Figure 11.

9. Hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the text layer, press Ctrl+E to merge the layers, name it Layer 1, and name the other text layer Layer 2.

10. Double-click layer 1 and layer 2, select the "Outer Glow" style in the pop-up layer style dialog box, and set the parameters as shown in Figures 12 and 13 respectively. The picture effect is shown in Figure 14.

11. Create a new layer 3, set the foreground color to white, select the custom shape tool in the toolbox, select the "Fill Pixels" button in the property bar, and draw graphics on the screen. The effect is shown in Figure 15.

12. Double-click the layer to add a layer style, select the outer glow style, set the parameters as shown in Figure 16, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 17.

13. Create a new layer 4, click the "Brush Tool" in the toolbox, set the brush to "Splash 24" in the property bar, set the foreground color to white, and draw on the screen. The effect is as shown in Figure 18.
