There are two materials, one is a landscape, and the other is a blue sky and white clouds. We want to add the effect of white clouds to the mountain peaks.

First, let’s give a brief introduction to photoshop’s blending options:
The blending options dialog box is as shown below. Regular blending is the same as the option of the same name above the layer palette. Advanced blending. To be honest, I am still learning ^_^. I will not discuss it. This time we only learn about the content of blending color strips.
There are gray and red, green and blue in the selection box. Gray represents the full color scale blended throughout the image, and the others represent individual color channels.
This layer: This gradient bar is used to control the display of the current layer from the darkest pixels to the brightest pixels. Drag the black slider to the right to hide the dark pixels, and drag the white slider to the left to hide it. Bright pixels. For example: drag the White slider to 200, and pixels with brightness values greater than 200 are not blended and excluded from the final image.
Next layer: This gradient bar is used to control the pixel display of the layer below. Unlike the gradient bar of this layer, drag the black slider to the right to display the dark pixels of this layer, and drag the white slider to the left. You can display the bright pixels of this layer's image. For example: Drag the Black slider to 30, and pixels with brightness values below 30 are not blended and show through in the final image.
You can find some materials and try different adjustments to see the effect.

Then drag the left half of the black triangle to the right and observe the image. You can see that the lower peaks are more obvious and the white clouds have not lost much and stopped moving.

The effect is as shown in the figure

There are some things in the picture above that we don’t need. What should we do? Don’t worry, click the Add Vector Mask button below the layer palette to add a mask to the layer. We will modify it next.

Set the foreground color to black, use a soft brush with a hardness of 0, set the pen tip appropriately, and paint on the grass and water below the mountain in the picture to remove debris (Note: If you apply too much, you can change the foreground color to white and then paint again return.)

The final effect is as shown below
