The specific production steps are introduced below.
1. Open Photoshop CS3, press the shortcut key Ctrl+N to open the "New" dialog box, select a new document profile named "Web" on the right side of "Presets", and select 800*600 in the "Size" list. The resolution is set to 72 pixels/inch, the color mode is set to "RGB", and the background content is set to "white", as shown in Figure 1. After setting, click the "OK" button to create a new blank document.

2. Confirm that the foreground color is black and the background color is white, then select the "Filter" | "Rendering" | "Clouds" menu command, apply the cloud filter, and get the cloud effect as shown in Figure 2.

3. Select the "Filter" | "Artistic Effects" | "Pallet Knife" menu command to open the "Palette Knife" dialog box, set the "Stroke Size" to 41, and set the "Stroke Details" to 3. Softness" is set to 0, as shown in Figure 3. After setting, click the "OK" button to get the effect shown in Figure 4.

4. Select the "Filter" | "Artistic Effects" | "Rough Crayon" menu command to open the "Rough Crayon" dialog box, and set the "Stroke Length" to 2, "Stroke Details" to 7, and "Texture" ” is set to “Canvas”, “Scale” is set to 100%, “Extrusion” is set to 20, “Lighting” is set to “Down”, and the “Invert” checkbox is not selected, as shown in Figure 5.
