Let’s look at the final effect first:
renderings
1 Create a new 600*600 black canvas with a resolution of 150
Figure 1
2 Create a new layer 1, and use a white brush to randomly click on some points, preferably 3-5 pixels, not too large.
Figure 2
3 Perform filter/stylize/wind
Figure 3
4 Press Ctrl+F several times to create the effect as shown in the figure.
Figure 4
5 Rotate layer 1 90 degrees clockwise
Figure 5
6 Perform filter/distort/polar coordinates/planar coordinates to polar coordinates
Figure 6
7 The effect is as shown in the figure
Figure 7
8 Press Ctrl+F once to get the effect as shown in the picture
Figure 8
9 Copy layer 1, generate a copy of layer 1, and perform edit/transform/horizontal flip. The effect is as shown below
Figure 9
10 Create a new layer 2 and use the polygon selection tool to create a graphic selection
Figure 10
11 Make a radial gradient from the red circle outward. The gradient color is shown in the upper left corner, and cancel the selection. Change the blending mode to [Color], and the layers and effects are as shown below
Figure 11
12 Merge layer 1 and the copy and lower the brightness by 30
Figure 12
13 Stamp to get layer 3
Figure 13
14 Use the magic wand to select the black background of layer 3, invert the selection/press Ctrl+J to get layer 4
Figure 14
15 Use the polygon tool to make a selection as shown in layer 4
Figure 15
16 Ctrl+J to get layer 5, flip it vertically, move it to the arrow, shrink it, and use a hard eraser to shape it as shown
Figure 16
17 Merge layer 5 downwards, copy another layer to get a copy of layer 4, and perform free transformation to appropriately reduce it, as shown in the figure
Figure 17
18 Use the brush to add some flower seeds, and merge the copy of layer 4 downwards. The effect and layer are as shown in the figure.
Figure 18
19 Perform edit/free transform, shrink it, move it. Rotate, copy another layer to get a copy of layer 4, and then shrink/move/rotate again, the effect is as shown below
Figure 19
20 Use the pen tool to make the path as shown
Figure 20
21 Create a new layer 5 and press Ctrl+Enter to convert the path into a selection. Fill it with dark green, and then go to Filter/Noise/Add Noise, quantity 17, monochrome, Gaussian distribution. Then cancel the selection, the effect is as shown below.
Figure 21
22 Draw the leaf path similarly, convert it to a selection, create a new layer named [Leaf], and fill it with green
Figure 22
23 Use the Burn/Dodge tool to draw the veins, light and dark of the leaves. Note that it's best to keep the opacity below 10 and keep changing the size, hardness, and opacity of the brush. You can enlarge the leaves to make them easier to grasp.
Figure 23
24 Copy dozens of leaves and place them in appropriate places through deformation, flipping, and rotation. Then use the burn/dodge tool to adjust the light and shade of the branches and leaves. Pay attention to the layer relationship between the leaves and branches when making adjustments. , and finally put the two flower layers on top respectively, perform hue/saturation adjustment to the color you like, and you're done.
Figure 24
The final effect is as shown below

Postscript: Some people say why you don't use colored brushes to dot the paint at the beginning. This is because the wind blows white, and other colors basically cannot "blow" it. You will know after you experiment. Because the white dots are messy at the beginning, it is impossible to do them exactly the same one time and another. The final rendering of this tutorial is the one posted first. As long as everyone knows the basic formula, I believe my friends can do it better than me.
