This tutorial is original by Ye Leng, a Chinese tutorial network.
The reason why I chose this picture is because the edges of the final cut out picture are relatively clear, easy to see, and ultimately easy to understand.
I copied the "Blue Channel" to the "Blue Copy Channel", adjusted the color levels to get a white selection, and cut out this image.
Since I am focusing on the edge issues, I will omit the specific cutout steps.
A dark blue background is added. As you can see, against this background, the edges of the plants clearly appear grayish white.
In this picture, briefly describe the three commands in trimming: remove edges, remove black edges, and remove white edges.
After using "De-Edge", the gray edges are obviously gone, as shown in the picture:
Use the "Remove Black Matte" command. As you can see, the black is removed and the white pixels on the edges appear whiter.
Now use the "Remove White Matte" command. As you can see, the white pixels on the edge are removed, the black pixels on the edge are strengthened, and the outline is clearer. It’s just that this is a plant instead of hair, and the black pixels on the edges are enhanced but look awkward.
In image processing, these three commands can achieve good results if used just right!
If you all do it with your own hands and think about it, you will definitely gain something.
