Yesterday I saw the work "~~~空~~~" posted by "Qiao Qiao Qiao" in the actual combat area. It had a broken image effect. I have seen similar effects before, and I think everyone likes them very much, so I made a tutorial imitating the effect of her work for everyone to practice and refer to... (Borrowing the ideas and pictures of "Qiao Qiao Qiao", here , express thanks to "Qiao Qiao Qiao"!)
Let’s see the effect first>
Practice with me below:
1. After opening the image file, press Ctrl+J to copy two layers in succession;
2. Select layer 1 and press Ctrl+I to invert the image;
3. Select the copy of layer 1 and press Ctrl+Shift+U to decolorize the image;
4. Use the polygonal lasso tool to select the place to be deleted (you can choose any...);
5. After drawing the selection, click the channel panel, click the Create New Channel button, create Alpha Channel 1, and press the Delete key to delete the selection, then click RGB and return to the Layer Panel, press the Delete key to delete the layer 1 copy selection;
At this point, the image-breaking effect has also taken effect. continue......
6. At this time, the copy of layer 1 is still in the selected state. Click the Add Layer Style button and select the drop shadow item, and set it in the pop-up dialog box, as shown in the figure;
7. Select layer 1, click the Create New Adjustment Layer button to create color balance and brightness/contrast adjustment layers respectively, and set the parameters as shown in the figure;
8. It’s a bit of a special effect, but it feels like the incomplete edges have no three-dimensional effect and are flat... continue below. Create a new layer (edge line) on the copy of Layer 1 and open the Channel panel. Hold down the Ctrl key and click Alpha1 to reload the selection. Select the Stroke command and set the parameters as shown in the figure and click OK;
9. The three-dimensional effect on the edges is beginning to appear, but it is still very rigid. Select the eraser (pay attention to adjusting the opacity and flow of the eraser), and patiently erase the unnecessary parts so that the thickness changes on the edges feel reasonable; (I'm a little tired, it's not over yet, continue...)
10. In order to show the light-receiving effect of the edge, it must also be adjusted. Click the Create New Adjustment Layer button again to create a color balance and brightness/contrast adjustment layer, and set the parameters as shown; (I feel much better now...)
11. Find a material picture with mottled texture, use the move tool to drag it to the top layer, adjust the position and change the blending mode of the layer to overlay, and finally add some modification elements... Done. (It feels so good at this moment, relax...)
Note: On this basis, everyone should expand their cartographic thinking and create more phase-breaking effects...
