I accidentally discovered this method. It turns out that using the filter function of Photoshop can quickly achieve the effect of water droplets on a glass cup. Hope you all like this effect.
For the original picture, find a picture of a glass cup.
Effect:
Open the image in Photoshop, then create a new layer and fill it with black.
Go to "Filter" > "Render" > "Fiber" and set as follows.
Then go to "Filter" > "Texture" > "Stained Glass" and set it as follows.
Continue to "Filter" > "Sketch" > "Plastic Effect" and set it as follows.
Then make sure the foreground color is black, then use the Magic Wand Tool to select the black area in the picture, and then press the Del key to delete it.
Deselect. Set the layer mode to "Overlay" and the opacity to 75%.
Create a mask, then use the Brush Tool and select a brush to erase all the patterns outside the glass cup.
Merge the layers and the final effect is as follows. What is the effect?
