1. Create a new 600px * 600px file, choose a thicker font and type the text as shown in Figure 1. After the text is typed, delete the grid layer.
2. Execute the menu: Edit > Transform > Perspective, control the degree of change and press "Enter" to confirm.
4. Press "F5" to pop out the brush setting panel and start setting parameters, as shown in Figures 5 and 6. The following parameters need to be set according to the actual size of the text. 
5. Create a new layer and select the brush tool. Select the brush you just defined. Select the maximum pressure. You can define the foreground color yourself. Then hold your hand steady and gently drag a little distance. Create a new layer and cover it again with the brush tool. The position of the brush should be It matches the text on the lower layer as shown below. Then apply a Gaussian blur to the jagged areas.
6. Now start adding layer styles to the two text layers. The background color can be set by yourself after adding the style effect. You can also add some spotlight effects to the top. Complete the final effect
