1. Create a new file of 800 * 600 pixels, fill the background with black, then add gray text, adjust the font size yourself, and then delete the grid layer.
2. Load the layer 1 selection, select the channel and press the tool in the red box, you will get the Alpha1 layer, fill it with white, and then perform Gaussian blur 4 times, the values are: 8, 4, 2, 1. Go back to layer 1 and apply Gaussian blur to 1
3. Execute on layer 1: Filter > Rendering > Lighting Effect, and set the parameters as shown below
