Production process:
1. Open a material picture, the effect is as shown in Figure 01.
2. Duplicate the background layer twice in succession to obtain two layers: "Background Copy" and "Background Copy 2". Click the "Rectangular Marquee Tool" in the toolbox to create a selection at an appropriate location in the screen. The effect is as shown in Figure 02.
3. Select background copy 2. Execute the "Filter", "Distort" and "Polar Coordinates" commands in the menu bar, and check the "Planar Coordinates to Polar Coordinates" option in the pop-up dialog box, as shown in Figure 03, and the image effect is shown in Figure 04.
4. Press the D key to set the color to the default color. Click the "Add Layer Mask" button on the Layers panel to create a mask on the background copy 2. Click the brush tool in the toolbox, set the brush to a soft angle of 125 on the options bar, and then draw in the circular area. The image effect is as shown in Figure 05.
