This tutorial introduces the production of simple border effects. It mainly uses quick masks and filter effects to create border patterns. The color of the border can be determined according to the color of the actual photo. There are many ways to make it, so you can try it out!

1. Find a material picture, create a new layer and fill it with color: #FD7C00, then use the rectangular marquee tool to draw a selection slightly smaller than the canvas, press Ctrl + Shift + D, and set the feathering value to 10. After confirmation, press Ctrl + Shift + I inverts the phase, and press the Q key to enter the quick mask editing state.

Execute the menu: Filter > Pixelate > Color Halftone, set the parameters as shown in Figure 3, confirm and then execute the menu: Filter > Others > Customize, set the parameters as shown in Figure 4, and execute the menu after confirmation: Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen and press Ctrl + F to strengthen 5 times.
