, set the gradient class behavior foreground color to transparent, and fill the background layer with a radial gradient. Execute the "Filter" → "Distort" → "Wave" command and set the pop-up dialog box as shown in the figure.
3. Press the "Ctrl+F" keys and repeat the "Wave" command 9 times to get the effect as shown in the picture.

Press the "Ctrl+Alt+T" keys to bring up the free transformation and copy the control frame, then right-click the control frame, select the "Rotate 90 degrees (clockwise)" command in the pop-up menu, and press "Enter" ” key to confirm the operation. Get a copy of the background layer and set the layer blending mode to "Lighten".
