I saw on a website about how to make highlight lines, so I translated it.
My ability is limited, if there are any mistakes, please correct me, thank you. Let’s take a look at the renderings first:
Step 1
Create a new document and apply a "Layer Style" to the background layer. Add a Gradient Overlay and Pattern Overlay.
Step 2
Here I used an ICO I found on a cool site, you can replace it with something you want.
Step 3
Select the Ellipse Tool (U) to create an outline like mine. Use "Gaussian Blur" with a radius of 30px.
Step 4
Create a layer group called "Highlight Effect". Change its blending mode to "Color Dodge" and place the outline you created into this layer group.
Step 5
Create a new layer, use a brush to draw some sparkles (the brush settings are as follows), then place it under the outline layer in the "Highlight Effect" layer group, and set the brush color to white.
Step 6
Add a layer style to the sparkle layer - Outer Glow, change the blending mode to "Color Dodge" and the opacity to 99%.
Step 7
Let's do some more smoke. Create a new layer named "smoke", set the blending mode to "Color Dodge" and then use the Lasso tool to draw a circle-like shape and set the feather value to "40PX"
Make sure your current foreground color is black and background color is white, then use Filter > Render > Clouds.
Tip: You can press "ctrl+f" until you are satisfied with the effect.
Step 8
Enter some more text and add a beautiful effect (to make it more beautiful).
Step 9
Finally, place your LOGO where you want it to be.
