Production process:
1. Create a new file. Create a new layer 1 in the layer panel, set the foreground color to white, and press Alt+Delete to fill layer 1 with white.
2. Execute the "Filter", "Noise" and "Add Noise" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 01, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 02.
3. Copy layer 1 as a copy of layer 1 and hide the copy of layer 1. Select layer 1, execute the "Filter", "Noise" and "Middle Value" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 03, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 04.
4. Execute the "Image", "Adjustment" and "Levels" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 05, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 06.
5. Unhide the copy of layer 1, select this layer, execute the "Filter", "Sketch" and "Watercolor Brush" commands in the menu bar, and set various parameters in the pop-up dialog box, as shown in Figure 07. The image effect is shown in Figure 08.
6. Set the layer blending mode of the copy of layer 1 to "Linear Burn" and "Fill" to 40%. The effect is shown in Figure 09.
7. Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the copy of layer 1, execute the "Edit" and "Free Transform" commands in the menu bar, press the Shift and Alt keys and drag to the image to appropriately enlarge the image. The effect is shown in Figure 10 .
8. Click the "Create New Fill Adjustment Layer" button on the layer panel, select the "Gradient Map" command in the pop-up shortcut menu, and set the gradient color from dark blue to light blue in the pop-up dialog box. The effect is shown in Figures 11 and 12.
9. Set the layer blending mode of the gradient mapping layer to "Color Burn" and the "Opacity" to 75%. The image effect is as shown in Figure 13.
10. Select layer 1, execute the "Image", "Adjust" and "Curve" commands in the menu bar, and set various parameters in the pop-up dialog box, as shown in Figure 14, and the image effect is shown in Figure 15.
11. Create a new layer 2, place it at the top of the layer panel, press Alt+Delete to fill it with white, execute the "Filter", "Noise" and "Add Noise" commands in the menu bar, and set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box As shown in Figure 16, the image effect is shown in Figure 17.
12. Execute the "Filter", "Pixelize" and "Lattice" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 18, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 19.
13. Execute the "Filter", "Noise" and "Add Noise" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 20, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 21.
14. Execute the "Filter", "Noise" and "Middle Value" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 22, and the image effect is as shown in Figure 23.
15. Press the Ctrl+I keys to invert the image color. The image effect is as shown in Figure 24.
16. Set the layer blending mode of layer 2 to "Color Burn" and "Fill" to 55%. The image effect is as shown in Figure 25.
17. Create a new layer 3, fill it with black, select the text tool in the toolbox, and enter the text of various sizes you want to enter in the window. The effect is shown in Figure 26.
18. Merge all text layers and layer 3, execute the "Filter", "Texture" and "Particle" commands in the menu bar, set the parameters in the pop-up dialog box as shown in Figure 27, and the image effect is shown in Figure 28.
19. Set the layer blending mode of this layer to "Screen". The final effect is as shown in Figure 29.
