1. Create a new 600 * 600 pixel file background and fill it with black. Create a new layer and use the pen tool to outline the path shown in Figure 1. Then press Alt + Enter to turn it into a selection and fill it with white. Do not cancel the selection and create a new layer. Select the menu: Edit > Stroke, set the value to 2, and set the color to white. Then hide the layer, return to the fill layer just now, and change the opacity of the layer to 40%.
2. Press Ctrl + J to make a copy of the fill layer. Press Ctrl + T to transform. Move the center point to the lower midpoint of the picture. The angle value is 30 as shown in Figure 2. Then confirm, then press Ctrl + Alt + Shift. + T keep duplicating until a circle is formed, and then merge these layers to create the effect as shown in Figure 3.
3. Double-click the layer to bring up the layer style. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 4-6, and the effect is as shown in Figure 7.
4. Create a new layer and use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw the ellipse shown in Figure 8. Do not cancel the selection. Create a new layer and select the menu: Edit > Stroke. The value is 2 and the color is white. Then hide the layer and return to Go to the filled ellipse layer and change the layer opacity to: 30%.
5. Press Ctrl + J to copy a layer and press Ctrl + T to transform. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 9. Then press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + T to copy. The effect is as shown in Figure 10.
6. Merge the copied ellipse layers, double-click the layer to bring up the layer style, and set the parameters as shown in Figure 11.
7. Display the two hidden layers, copy them in the same way to create a circular effect, then merge these stroked layers, and change the layer blending mode to "Overlay" to achieve the effect as shown in Figure 12.
8. Finally create a gradient mapping adjustment layer and set the color as shown in Figure 13. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Overlay" to complete the final effect.
