2. Click the channel panel to make a copy of the blue channel, press Ctrl + M to enlarge the contrast as shown in Figure 3. After confirming, press Ctrl and click the layer to bring up the selection, return to the layer panel, and create a new layer filled with white. Press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection.
3. Execute the menu: Filter > Blur > Radial Blur. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 4. After confirmation, press Ctrl + F to strengthen it, and then execute the menu: Filter > Sharpen > USM Sharpening. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 5. After confirmation, execute Filter > Blur > Radial Blur again. The parameters remain unchanged and the effect is as shown in Figure 6.

4. Lock the layer as shown in Figure 7, then select the gradient tool color settings as shown in Figure 7, and draw a radial gradient, the effect is as shown in Figure 8.

5. Change the blending mode of the gradient layer to "Overlay", press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, change the blending mode to "Screen", and use the eraser tool to erase the middle part, as shown in Figure 9.

6. Merge all layers and use the Dodge tool to appropriately highlight the light source to complete the final effect.
