Open a photo of MM dancing ~ (File-Open ctrl+o)
Mark it out along the contour, using Polygonal Lasso Tool
Use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to cut out the MM.
Cut out the part inside the marked place: Edit -Cut (ctrl+x) and place it on a new layer: Edit -Paste (ctrl+v). Delete the previous layer and the photo rests with the fast button on the Layers window . Use the following command Image -Abjustments -Curves (ctrl+m) to make the layer look lighter.
Put the cut out MM into a new layer and delete the original picture. Adjust the brightness (Image-Adjustments-Curves ctrl+m).
Create the new layer now, using the fast button Create a new layer on the Layers window. Take the Brush Tool and paint the eyes with the necessary color.
Create a new layer, select the brush tool and paint the eyes the color you want.
Change the layer type on Lighten.
Change the layer type to Lit.
To change the textile of which the corset is made up, you need to choose another textile, that one you like and place it on a new layer, above the girl.
Change the pattern of MM's clothes, find a pattern you like, and put it in a new layer.
Increase the layer transparency and mark out the corset along the contour with Polygonal Lasso Tool.
Create a new layer, set the transparency to 53%, and use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to draw out the clothes of the MM corset.
Then make the layer to look not transparent again, cut out the marked part of the textile and place it on a new layer. Delete the previous layer and change the type of the new one on Overlay.
Cancel the transparency of the layer, cut out the selected part of the pattern cloth, put it on a new layer, delete the original layer, and set the new layer type to Overlay.
To create the effect of hair in the wind, choose Smudge Tool. Set the brush strength on 60%.
Next we create the effect of hair in the wind. Use the Smudge Tool brush with the Strength set to 60%.
Blur the hair on the necessary direction.
Blur the hair in the appropriate direction.
Pass to the background. Take the sky photo and insert it on a new layer.
Next we work on the background, find a picture of the sky and paste it into a new layer.
Click on it and holding it, move it lower than all the layers. Correct its size, applying Edit ?Free Transform (ctrl+t) and increase its contrast a little with Image ?Adjustments ?Brightness/Contrast.
Place the background layer below other layers, click Edit-Free Transform (ctrl+t) to adjust the background image to a suitable size, and click Image-Adjustment-Brightness/Contrast to make the contrast of the image stronger.
Paint a few butterflies using a custom brush, which can be downloaded from here (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/15235446/?qo=89&q=by%3Aspiritsighs-stock&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps)
Choose Brush Tool again to picture the butterflies. Place them on different angles, but they must be of different dimensions (Edit ?Free Transform).
Select the brush tool and draw some butterflies at different angles. The angle can be adjusted using Edit-Free Transform.
Get back to the standard set of brushes, choosing Reset Brushes.
Return to the brush setting interface and click to reset the brush.
Set brush hardness on 0% and choose the Brush Tool to picture an improvisational hanging, left to the girl.
Set the stroke hardness to 0% and draw some random lines on the left side of MM.
Blur a little the layer applying Filter -Blur -Motion Blur.
Click Filter-Blur-Motion Blur.
Give to the hanging the textile texture. Place on a new layer the same textile texture we used for the corset, higher than the hangings layer. Merge both layers applying Layer -Create Clipping Mask (ctrl+g).
Next, add a texture to our random lines, create a new layer, and paste the canvas used previously, click Layer-Create Cutting Template (ctrl+g)
Set the layer opacity on 16%.
Lower the layer's opacity to 16%
Insert on the new layer the picture having the fringe on it.
Find a lace picture and insert it into a new layer.
Make it white with Image -Adjustments -Invert (ctrl+i). Change the layer type on Lighten. Copy several times this layer: Layer ?Duplicate Layer and make use of the next tool: Move Tool to place the fringe in one line along the upper edge. Merge all the layers, containing the fringe, applying Layer ?Merge Down (ctrl+e).
Click Image-Adjustments-Invert to turn the lace into white, and at the same time highlight the lace. Duplicate the lace a few more points to cover the upper part of the screen.
Make the photo look more luminescent. Picture several equally stripes with a big size brush on the same corner the butterflies are situated.
To make the image appear brighter, use a large brush to paint where the butterfly is.
Apply Filter ?Blur ?Motion Blur.
Click Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur.
To make the luminescence more intensive, just copy the layer and merge it with the previous one. Apply Edit - Transform -Perspective.
To make the light effect more obvious, duplicate the layer and merge the two layers, click Edit-Transform Path-Perspective.
Add the luminescence the same way to the girl feet.
Add light effects to MM's feet as above.
Picture the cloud she will be standing on.
Draw a cloud at MM's feet.
Apply Filter -Blur -Gaussian Blur.
Click Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur to make the clouds look more realistic.
Picture several small clouds near the girl feet and butterflies. Apply also Filter ?Blur ?Gaussian Blur.
Draw some small clouds around the MM and the small butterflies to make the picture look more realistic ~
