2. Execute the "Filter" > "Liquify" (Ctrl+Shift+X) command, click the "Forward warp Tool" (the first button in the upper left corner), and fill in the brush size, concentration, and pressure boxes. For the appropriate value, if the shoulder is high, pull it down, and if the shoulder is low, pull it up. The same goes for clothes. If there is any problem, pull it in the opposite direction until you are satisfied, as shown in Figure 4:
Finally, adjust the color, then crop, and you're done, as shown in Figure 5:
This method is convenient enough, but you must be careful when adjusting it. Overcorrection will cause deformation.
The liquefaction filter is a very useful tool. It is said that this method was used to level the shoulders of the portrait when collecting the second-generation resident ID card image. For example, when taking wedding photos, if the girl is too fat, her waist or arms are too thick, or her breasts are too small, the skirt of the wedding dress is not wide enough, etc., you can use the liquefaction filter to process it, as shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7:
