renderings Image -> Canvas Size Set the width and height to 20 pixels in the pop-up dialog box and select "relative"
Duplicate this layer
Select the copied layer copy, press Ctrl+A to select all and click Edit -> Stroke

Cancel selection when finished
Click Image -> Canvas Size, set the width and height to 50 pixels on the pop-up dialog box, and select "relative"
