1. Open the original image and press Ctrl + J to copy one layer.
2. Execute the menu: Image > Apply Image. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 1. After confirmation, change the layer opacity to: 60%. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

5. Create a new layer with the fill color: #F8F5D7, and then change the layer blending mode to "Multiply". The effect is as shown in Figure 5.

6. Create a new layer, set the foreground color to: #B0077A, then use the brush tool to paint on the edge of the hair, just a little bit, and then change the layer blending mode to "Multiply", the effect is as shown in Figure 6.

7. Create a new layer, fill it with color #03846A, change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light", change the layer opacity to: 60%, add a layer mask and erase the head with a black brush. The effect is shown in Figure 7.

8. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, adjust the overall color, and sharpen it again. The effect is as shown in Figure 8.

9. Press Ctrl + J to copy the layer you just sharpened, and execute the menu: Filter > Blur > Motion Blur. The angle is 45 degrees. After confirmation, add a layer mask to erase the character part to complete the final effect.
