I used to think that the Photoshop stamp tool was very powerful, but recently I found that it was difficult to achieve realistic effects when removing objects from photos of buildings, streets, and other scenes. The reason is that their perspective relationship is very complicated. If you use free transformation perspective deformation to deal with it, it will be very troublesome to paste them piece by piece.
In fact, this Photoshop CS2/CS3 version specifically adds a vanishing point tool to address this problem, which can easily solve the perspective problem of the picture.

Understand the magical "vanishing point"
The "Vanishing Point Filter" tool is a brand new filter tool provided in Photoshop CS2. After cloning, spray painting, and pasting the image in the selected area, it will automatically deform to conform to the rules of perspective, greatly saving the time required to modify the photo. . In the subsequent CS3 version, the "Modify Grid Angle" function was also added to facilitate the displacement of three-dimensional graphics.

Whole block splicing plus free transformation
Let's first take a look at today's theme picture. In the stadium, there are many tiled passages. Our task is to remove the characters inside and get an empty scene. We only need to assemble the tiles on the right side to the character, but we still need a little skill to make them fit together.
1. We use the polygon selection tool. Along the corners of the tile, select a large piece of the image from the right side. Press the shortcut "Ctrl+J" to copy it to a new layer.
2. Cover the new layer on top of the character. You can see that because the perspective relationship on both sides is wrong (shown on the left side of Figure 2), the tiles cannot be clicked. We can press the shortcut key "Ctrl+T" to freely transform it. Press the "Ctrl" key and drag the corners of the transformation box with the mouse to align the seams of the tiles. (shown on the right side of Figure 2)
3. Press the shortcut key "Shift+Ctrl+E" to merge all layers. Using the same method, use the image below the whole as the copy source, make a new layer over the character image above, and repair the image layer by layer.
