1. Create a new document with automatic size, select the gradient tool, and draw a linear gradient from dark gray #464646 to black in the background.
2. Create a new layer, select the gradient tool, select the rainbow gradient color, and pull out the gradient from top to bottom on the canvas. Then change the layer blending mode to "Color" and the fill to: 25%.
3. Create a gradient adjustment layer between the background and layer 1. Click on the small triangle and small prism above and slide left and right to get a gradient with one side black and one side transparent.
Then change the opacity of the gradient fill layer to: 65%.
4. Select the text tool, enter the text you want on the canvas, make the text black, adjust the text size, and then change the layer blending mode of the text layer to "Screen".
5. Double-click the text layer to call up the layer style, and set the parameters as shown below.
6. Next, make the text glow. Press Ctrl + J to copy the text into about 20 copies. Click out all the little eyes in front of the copy layer. Then use Ctrl + T to drag the center point to the bottom of the text for each copy, and then scale, rotate, and adjust it. When you reach a certain copy, the previous layer will be displayed.
7. Hold down the Ctrl key and select all the text layers at the same time. Press Ctrl + G to organize them into a group. Then copy a few parts of the group, combine them into a row, and modify them to the text you want.
