1. CTRL+J to copy a layer, select menu: Image-Adjustment-Color Balance, the parameters are as shown in Figure 1:

2. Create a photo filter adjustment layer as shown in Figure 2, and set the parameters as shown in Figure 3:

Create a new layer, stamp (CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E), execute: Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur, the value is 3, the blending mode is Overlay, the opacity is 75%, and then use the TOPAZ filter to sharpen After some sharpening (in order to make both MMs look clear, I separated them and sharpened them once), the effect is as shown in Figure 4:
