1. Open the original image and press Ctrl + J to copy one layer.
2. Create a curve and adjust the layer parameters as shown below. After confirming, use a black brush to erase the middle part and control the transparency. This is very important. If you don't erase it well, it will affect the entire effect. Then change the layer blending mode to "Color Burn" ".
