1. Open the original image material, create a new layer, set the foreground color to: #F6EDC9, set the background color to black, and then execute: Filter > Rendering > Clouds. After confirmation, press Ctrl + Alt + F to strengthen it. The effect is as shown in the figure 1.

2. Duplicate the background layer, press Ctrl + Shift + ] to move it to the top of the layer, hook out the character part (customize the hooking method), and then hide the lower layer. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

3. Select the Lasso tool to outline the selection shown in Figure 3, press Ctrl + Alt + D to feather, the value is 25, after confirmation, create a new layer below the character layer and fill it with black, the effect is as shown in Figure 4.

4. Duplicate the character layer and execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 3. After confirming, hold down the Alt key and add a layer mask. Select the white brush tool to apply the noise on the character's face. Apply and polish the skin of the character. Do not apply the outline when applying. The approximate effect is as shown in Figure 5.

5. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. This step is mainly to deepen the outline of the character’s facial features. First, use the pen tool to outline the eyes, and then select the burn tool. The exposure is : About 10%, then deepen the edge position, then darken the eyes, and then use the dodge tool to highlight the reflection of the eyes. The processing method for other positions is similar. The approximate effect is shown in Figure 6.

6. Select the dodge tool, set the exposure to about 10%, and paint the highlighted parts of the character’s face a little brighter.

7. Create a curve adjustment layer, adjust the red and blue channels, and set the parameters as shown in Figures 8 and 9. Make sure to only keep the character part, and erase the other parts with a black brush.
