This tutorial introduces a relatively simple method to process bright wedding films into night scene wedding films. When processing, use channel selection to select the bright part of the photo, then copy it, then fill the background with black, and the photo will immediately turn into a night effect.

1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + Alt + 1 to bring up the red channel highlight selection, press Ctrl + J to copy the selected image to a new layer, then create a new layer above the background layer and fill it with black. The effect is shown in Figure 1. This step is mainly to copy the strong light part of the picture, which is more suitable for making luminous photos.

2. Create a brightness/contrast adjustment layer. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 2, and the effect is as shown in Figure 3.

3. Copy the background layer to one layer, press Ctrl + Shift + ] and move it to the top of the layer. Add a layer mask and only keep the face and skin of the character. Erase the rest with a black brush. After confirmation, you can appropriately Reduce the opacity of the layer, and the approximate effect is as shown in Figure 4.

4. Create a curve adjustment layer and adjust the red and blue colors. The parameter settings are as shown in Figures 5 and 6, and the effect is as shown in Figure 7.
