1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, and simply smooth the skin of the character. The approximate effect is as shown in Figure 1.

2. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer and adjust the yellow. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 2, and the effect is as shown in Figure 2. This step is mainly to eliminate the reflection on the character's skin.
