1. Open the original image material and create a level adjustment layer. The parameters and effects are as shown below.


2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, execute: Image > Adjustment > Exposure operation, and set the parameters as shown below.

3. Create a blank layer, make a radial gradient from black to transparent, add a layer mask, and use a black brush to paint the areas that do not need to be operated.

4. Create a new blank layer, use a white flexible brush to draw a white light spot, mix the layers to Overlay, and arrange them as shown in the picture below.

5. Copy five light points and arrange them as shown in the picture below.

6. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, and execute: Image > Adjustment > Automatic Levels operation.
