1. Open the original image material and use the Neat Image filter to reduce noise. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate the background layer, execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, set the value to 3, add a layer mask, fill the mask with black, then enlarge the image, and use a white brush to remove the noise Apply it to the places and finely polish the picture.
2. Use the pen tool to outline the mouth, press Ctrl + Enter to turn it into a selection, press Ctrl + ALt + D to feather 1 pixel, keep the selection, select the Smudge Tool, set the Lightness to 15%, smear the lips, and use Burn / Use the Dodge Tool to increase sensitivity, outline the teeth with the Pen Tool, press Ctrl + J to copy to a new layer, and use the optional color to whiten it.
3. Use the pen tool to outline the eyeballs, use the Smudge Tool at 15% strength to smear, then use the burn tool to deepen the eyes, create a new layer, use a white brush to draw the highlights of the eyeballs, then use the pen tool to outline the whites of the eyes, press Ctrl + After Enter is turned into a selection, press Ctrl + Alt + D to feather 2 pixels, create a new layer, fill it with white, change the mode to "Soft Light", and change the layer opacity to: 60%.
4. We first increase the brightness of the face, and then proceed to the lower part. Use the pen tool to outline the entire face, press Ctrl + J to copy to a new layer, press Ctrl + M to adjust the brightness, and hold down the Ctrl key to click on the image. 6.
