This tutorial introduces how to create imitation oil painting special effects. The general idea: first adjust the overall tone of the picture to any color, and then use filters to add texture effects. The method of making is very simple.

1. Open the original image material, create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, and set the parameters as shown in Figure 1-3. After confirmation, use a black brush to erase the character part.
