1. Open the original image and copy the background layer.
2. Execute Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur on the copy layer. The value is: 6.5. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Screen" and the layer opacity to: 40%.
3. Create a channel mixer adjustment layer and set the parameters as shown below.
4. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and execute: Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen, and set the parameters as shown below.
5. Add a layer mask to erase the oversharpened areas.
6. Create an optional color adjustment layer, set the parameters as shown below, and complete the final effect after confirmation.
