1. Open the original image material and create a curve adjustment layer. The parameters and effects are as shown below.


2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, press Ctrl + ALt + ~ to extract the highlight selection, press Ctrl + Shift + I to invert the selection, press Ctrl + J to copy to a new layer, and then Change the layer blending mode to "Screen" and the layer opacity to: 72%.
