1. Microdermabrasion. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 4, after confirmation, press the Alt key to add a layer mask, then select the Brush Tool, and paint the foreground Set the color to white and apply it on the character's face to eliminate noise. Do not apply the outline of the facial features when applying.

2. Repair eyebrows. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, select the burn tool, set the exposure to about 10%, and gently deepen the central axis of the eyebrows. The brush of the burn tool is slightly smaller. The comparison chart is shown in Figure 2.

3. Repair eyes. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, first use the blur tool with a pressure of about 10% to blur the spots around the eyes, then use the pen tool to outline the eyes as shown in Figure 3, convert it to a selection and use Use the Burn tool to darken the inner edges of the eyes, and then use the Burn/Dodge tool to bring out the shadows and highlights of the eyeballs. After canceling the selection, repair the eye bags, as shown in the red line in Figure 2. Use a straw to absorb the skin color of the attachment, and then press it gently with a brush. The brush transparency is about 10%. The approximate repair effect is shown in Figure 4.
